- full payment will be expected before starting on a piece; non-negotiable
- payments can be taken through paypal, zelle or cashapp
- i never do refunds, only if i'm unable to complete your commission in a timely manner. do not commission me if you are not financially able to!
- i may charge extra for any complexity or add-ons at my discretion, i'll let you know ahead of time if this is the case☆ time ☆
- my turnaround time can range anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on what has been commissioned, if i expect to take longer i will always update you accordingly
- at least one progress/draft will be sent (with the exception of sewn badges, where there is more than one) before the finished version. always feel free to ask for more updates as you see fit☆ extra info ☆
- commercial use is not allowed for any commissions i create, including any/all drafts you may receive
- edits can be done if asked. after the final draft is sent i will not make any more free edits beyond that point. communication is key!
- you are allowed to post or display your commission wherever you please, as long as i am always credited
- i always post finished commissions onto my instagram, if you'd like for me to not do that- let me know!
- when commissioning me you are doing business with a disabled artist, i will not always meet expected deadlines but you will never be uninformed in the process!

Additional info
- these badges are made with a mix of textiles but are primarily made up of cotton fabric. the eyes are buttons but there is the option for fabric eyes as well
- these badges are sewn by machine and by hand and are made to last, but cannot stand being machine/rigorously washed, you will be given a care guide when shipped. treat it like an art piece!
- each badge comes with a loop of ribbon for hanging/attaching purposes
- because of the size of the badges and small/precise handiwork needed, the expected turnaround for badges is 1-3 months. rush fees can be discussed- these are partially artistic liberty- but the client will always have the opportunity for input and communication will be consistent throughout the entire creative process
- in addition to this, please understand your character will be simplified but they will never look unrecognizable!
